The decision made regarding your asylum application will determine whether or not your family members can join you in Germany. If your procedure is ongoing, you will not be entitled to privileged family reunification. You may apply for family reunification if a positive decision has been made regarding your asylum application and you have been granted asylum or refugee protection. You have to submit an application for family reunification within three months at the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt).
If you have received subsidiary protection, you will only be able to have your relatives join you in Germany after two years have passed, under simplified conditions. This includes the availability of sufficient living space, the ability of your family members to support themselves and the absence of reasons for deportation. You can find more detailed information at the Ausländerbehörde (immigration authority) responsible for you.
